General Terms & Conditions
A Photography session is a contract and acknowledges full agreement with these provisions. Please review the standard terms governing portrait, branding, and commercial assignments.
Bookings & Payment Terms
Behaviour & Attendance
Bookings are confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt of any agreed deposit. Prices and package inclusions remain strictly those shown and agreed upon at the time of initial booking.
Remaining balances are due on or before the session date as agreed. Booking or payment constitutes formal acceptance of these terms. Cancellations and over 30 minutes delays will lead to a non refundable cancellation. Any rescheduling after will be consider as new.
No onsite price renegotiation after booking will be accepted.
No abuse of any sort will be tolerated and might lead to an immediate non refundable cancellation.
Any change on the agreed booking will need approval by the Photographer.
All models under 18yrs of age are expected to be accompanied by an adult: underaged models arriving without adult supervisory will lead to a non refundable cancellation.
The client is understood to arrive on time and ready to start or be prepared.
Clients must obtain proper permission and releases for any person, venue, or private property they request to photograph during the session: the Photographer shall not be liable for any issues related to venues, private property, people, accessories, animals or others related to the final images.
The photographer may reschedule for illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, or events beyond reasonable control, with alternative dates scheduled promptly, or reimbursement of the down payment.
Copyright & Usage Licences
Delivery, Liability & Privacy
All packages include rights for the client to use the pictures in social media, online promotion or personal printing promotion.
The photographer retains copyright unless agreed otherwise in writing, in case the client wishes to use the pictures for commercial usage & licence. Images may only be used for other purposes with express permission.
All personal data is handled securely according to the EU's GDPR compliance regulations.
Final images are delivered in the agreed format and timeframe. Reasonable steps will be taken to protect images, but liability is limited to the amount paid where legally permitted.
No RAW images shall be provided, unless exceptional approval from the Photographer.
Collaborations and special authorisations will be subject to written agreement.The Photographer might use the Photographies on his online portfolio / promotion with the client's permission.
The Photographer shall be the only Photographer to get credit for the final delivered images.
The client is not supposed to re-edit delivered images. However, should the client decide to do so, the Photographer shall NOT appear in the credits unless approved prior to distribution.
